There's no foolproof method for getting rid of spots, but there are lots of things you can do to help. Ask your chemist to recommend a treatment, there are loads of products on the market that can help and so it's best to ask for some advice on which may be best for you.

Whatever you do, don't get tempted to squeeze a spot, this can lead to more popping up, infections and even scarring.

If treatments from the chemist are not working or your spots are very severe, go and see your doctor.

A regular and thorough skin care routine is key to preventing spots and keeping your skin looking great.

Cleansing

Cleansing is an essential part of daily care. It washes away that excess oil, perspiration and general grime, all the things that can block your pores and lead to spots. Just remember to be gentle and not to over do it.

Don't stress
