Vicki at work
Vicki has worked at Lil-Lets for over 20 years and knows a lot about sanitary protection and puberty! She treats all questions with complete confidentiality and she really has heard everything before so there is no need to be embarrassed. Vicki knows a lot about periods and sanitary protection, but she isn’t an expert on everything and isn’t medically trained, so she might not be able to answer every question. If she can’t find the answer she will try to suggest another place you can go for help.
Vicki also manages the Lil-lets consumer panel which involves listening to what women and girls want from sanitary protection and finding ways of incorporating this into new products…just like the teens ultra towels range which have been specially designed to fit younger bodies. She loves to hear what consumers think about our products to ensure they are up to scratch, and because of this she is the one who answers calls to our head office and speaks to consumers directly and listens to what they have to say.
In the past Vicki was an agony aunt for a major skincare company, so she knows how important it is to look and feel good! She is also the Lil-Lets office guru, and not just for product related questions, but for personal ones too, because she gives such good advice!

- Vicki has two daughters and a son.
- She is currently working her way through Jamie Oliver’s cook books.
- She has a weakness for cupcakes….the prettier the better!
- Loves to go to Zumba twice a week, although she thinks she’s hopeless at it, but finds it really fun!
- Shops at Mango, River Island, Top Shop and loves rummaging through the rails at TK Maxx and vintage fairs.
