If you’ve got a question about your daughter and periods and you can’t find the answer you’re looking for, you can always ask us a question. Just fill out your details below and if we are able to, we will post the answer anonymously onto our ‘Your questions answered’ page. We aren’t experts in every field and aren’t medically trained, so if we can’t find the answer to your question we will try to direct you to another source of help.

In the meantime why not have look at our parents section which has lots of helpful information including tips on how to talk to your daughter about periods. You might also want to have a look at our becoming a teen site which has been designed as a source of help and advice for young girls about periods, puberty and growing up.
