i always use the applicator ones but its getting harder and harder to get hold of them. Please make more!!! Because i think lil-lets are the best.

longer string on the tampons im agree with and also for the strings to be waxed would be nice.
i will still carry on using them though.

lil-let tampon with plastic applicator for me would be what i've waited years for.... but not one shop in my area stocks them. Surely there must be an online outlet somewhere?????

I too can't find applicator tampons anywhere! As I live in a rural area and don't often go into a town/city it's virtually impossible to find anywhere that sells them! Can I get them from any stores by mail order? I’m 30 and have never used any other product and don't want to have to change.

Hi,

I am 11 years of age and started my period on my 10th birthday my mum had know time to go and buy me some pads (regular) so we desided to both use lil-lets non-applicator and since then we have never none that when we have been on are periods and been so comfortble we recomended them to all are friends who started there period.

i am 45 and used lillets for years

it would be good to have longer strings on the tampons

i have reckonmended to my daughter, neice and pals at work whi have defected from tampax

Lil-lets compact applicator tampons are available in Sainsbury's, Superdrug, Waitrose, Savers and Ocado.com. They will also be in Asda from September 2008.

Lil-lets continually work to ensure that all of our products are readily available. However, the final decision on which products are stocked comes down to the supermarket themselves. So if your favourite Lil-lets product is not available in your local store, then please write to the supermarket customer service department and let them know. We will of course update the website when the products become available in more stores.

I really struggle to find the applicator tampons, appears I am not alone! No where seems to stock them, I have looked in all shops listed. Morrisons always used to stock them, but now they dont. I really want to continue using the lil-lets applicator tampon; I was converted from tampax and vowed I would never use another product; lil-lets are excellent - no leaks and deals with daily strains. I just dont seem to be able to buy them anywhere. Please help with the frustrastion...

I too am having problems finding the applicator type. Everybody seems to stock the non-applicator which I don't like using as I never seem to fit them properly. I haven't had to buy them for a while as I was pregnant but now my periods have started again I can't find them any place. I've tried all the shops listed on this site with no luck.

I have just sent a complaint to proctor and Gamble re their stupid new advertising campaign slogan "Have a Happy Period"
Thank goodness lil lets, which I have used for over 30 years, understan their customers better. The new TV ad is informative and sensetive to what women really want during the hideousness of the monthly period. Thanks.

Lil-lets Compact Applicator tampons were developed following consumer feedback and changes in market trends. This new product offers real improvement to the previous cardboard applicator tampons – more discreet tampons, with the same great protection and comfort. I've always used Lil-lets aplicator tampons for years until last year when i could no longer find the aplicator tampons in any of the major stores in the UK.

Can anyone please tell me where i can find the aplicator tampons?

i always use lil-lets because they really are reliable!
my suggestion is that the tip of the non-applicators have a slight touch of silk to make it smoother and easier for insertion.

Hi Tina,

Thanks for your feedback. I would like to advise that Lil-lets tampon cords are waterproofed to allow sufficient protection from leakage. Without this waterproofing menstrual fluid could travel down the cord during use and potentially onto the users underwear. We generally advise that users may prefer to tuck or hold the cord out of the way when going to the toilet to avoid the cord getting wet.

WHY DOESNT ANY TAMPON COMPANY WAXED THE STRING?, IF YOU GO TO THE TOILET WHEN WEARING A TAMPON AND THE SLIGHTEST BIT OF WEE GETS ON THE STRING YOU HAVE A SOAKING BIT OF STRING...WAX THE STRING AND THAT WONT HAPPEN!!

I am 48yrs old and have been using lilets for more years than I care to remember. I recommended them to my daughter and she always uses them. We wouldnt dream of using any other. So reliable, comfortable and easy to slip in a handbag or pocket.
