Using your applicator correctly

To ensure the correct positioning of your tampon, please follow these two steps:

1. 1. extend applicator until it clicks, then insert
   
   
   

2. 2. once inserted, push the inner tube of the applicator firmly into the outer tube until the two raised rings meet
